Synthroid is used to treat some types of thyroid cancer. It suppress several types of goiters. It is thyroid hormone which helps to improve weight gain, lack ofenergy, slow speech, dry skin.

• pregnant or trying to get pregnant
• low levels of pituitary hormone
• high blood pressure

You should take this pill with a lot of water. The best way is to take it on an empty stomach. Keep taking it at the same time. You should not take this medicine more often than prescribed.

It is necessary to inform your doctor if you smoke, use illegal drugs or drink alcohol. Provide him with all information about dietary supplements, nutritional supplements, non-prescription drugs if you use it. Consult with your doctor if you are going to stop or to start taking Synthroid.
You should take Synthroid with plenty of fluids, because it is sometimes difficult to swallow it.
Check with your doctor if your symptoms do not improve.

You should store Synthroid between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) tightly closed. If the expiration date passed, do not use such tablets. And keep your children out of the reach of Synthroid.
